BOARD MEMBERS:

PJ Widerman
Vice President

PJ is the Multi-Family Housing Specialist with the Baltimore County Office of Community Conservation.

Her experience in Property Management spanned 21 years with the last 10 of those years as Vice-President of Operations for a large property management company headquartered in Baltimore County.

She is a founding member of the Maryland Multi-Housing Association (MMHA), Inc., and served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for 7 years. MMHA is the Maryland affiliate of the National Apartment Association (NAA). She is currently an Associate Member of MMHA representing Baltimore County. PJ was an instructor for the NAA professional certification courses in property management and taught Conflict Resolution for Property Managers.

She served on the MMHA Legislative Committee and as such was active in the analysis and introduction of legislation on behalf of the industry. She is also the county’s legislative liaison for the Office of Community Conservation.

As a certified Mediator she participates in the Baltimore County Mediation Program administered by the Baltimore County Police Department.

She serves on several boards and committees including being a member of the Baltimore County League of Women Voters and currently chairs the League’s Housing Committee for Baltimore County. She is President of the Baltimore County Police Athletic League (PAL) Board of Directors and is committed to helping enhance the positive moral development of the County’s youth.
